Triumphant at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2011 and the 12 Hours of Sebring in 2012, the Audi R18 TDI successfully extended the legendary German marque’s stranglehold on endurance racing. And now it’s your turn to experience this awesome Le Mans Prototype, painstakingly prepared by the person who knows it best: double Le Mans winner and Simraceway pro driver, Allan McNish!

Unlike its equally-dominant predecessor, the R15, the R18 TDI sports a closed-cockpit design—the first Audi racer to do so since the manufacturer’s ill-fated R8C experiment in 1999—along with a prominent stabilization fin on the engine cover, as prescribed by 2011 regulations.

Its 3.7-liter single-turbo V6 TDI churns out a gargantuan 540 bhp which, combined with its impressive fuel efficiency and ultra-lightweight design, has helped it successfully battle Peugeot for the big prizes over the last couple of years.

And now, having achieved all its targets on the track, the R18 TDI has been taken out of the firing line by the boys from Ingolstadt, and put in the hands of Simraceway drivers.

To make it the star of your Garage, buy it here!
